I honestly do not think it did anything to hall calm me. It is entirely possible that I am too highly strung for something like this to work.

Novelty but work

If you have an adhesive allergy like I do, then these are not for you. However, they DO work. I have used one previously (that’s how I know I can’t use these, either) and it was effective. It was the one with B12 for energy. I gave mine from the box to my husband.

I have trouble sleeping due to stress, and I used this item simply because it came in the box. It really did help, at least I like to think it did! I am going to have to try it again to be sure. But there was no weird smell and it stayed on all night. The stickiness was easy to clean off, which was a plus.

This day and age, there seems to always be a need to stay calm, I guess the world itself is just becoming more aggressive. Ain't this to my night time calming before bed routine, definitely didn't hurt, and I do believe I got good results

Could be placebo effect but my husband put this on his wrist overnight and woke up with zero back pain so who knows but it seems to have worked, only had one patch so it's hard to tell if the results were real or not
